Beacon Connected Care provides a convenient and secure online platform for accessing scheduled visits with your Beacon provider. With compatibility across smartphones, tablets, and computers, this user-friendly service ensures privacy and ease of use. Additionally, you have the option for video visits to address minor urgent health care issues 24/7/365 from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere else.

A number of our dedicated Beacon Medical Group doctors offer video visits, enabling you to consult with your doctor from the convenience of your own home using your smartphone or computer. This highly sought-after option has become increasingly popular amongst our patients. To schedule a telehealth visit, simply contact your provider and request an appointment.

In case of urgent care needs, Beacon collaborates with the Online Care Group to expand our network of providers and urgent care services. As the nation's first and largest primary care group specializing in telehealth, this partnership ensures access to U.S. board-certified doctors who possess an average of 15 years of experience. These physicians are licensed to practice medicine in Indiana, Michigan, and most other states. Prior to commencing a virtual visit, you have the opportunity to review each doctor's profile and familiarize yourself with their education and experience. Every provider in our network is certified and credentialed according to the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards.

The services available through Beacon Connected Care include:

<li>Online Urgent Care 24/7: Access board-certified doctors anytime, anywhere.</li>
<li>Nutrition Counseling: Schedule visits with registered dietitians.</li>
<li>Behavioral Health Counseling: Arrange visits with licensed counselors and psychologists.</li>
</ul>

The app offers the following features:

<li>No sign up or subscription fees.</li>
<li>Live video visits with secure messaging capabilities.</li>
<li>Access to Beacon providers, including U.S. board-certified physicians, licensed physician assistants and nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, and licensed counselors and psychologists.</li>
<li>Prescription services as appropriate.</li>
<li>Online credit card payment option.</li>
</ul>

If you utilize Apple Health, you can choose to share your health information with the doctor during your video visit. This includes data such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information, and respiratory rate.
